RESTful API requesting new IPv6/IPv4 addresses is currently not working

We are currently experiencing issues in IPv6 / IPv4 address management. Users are currently not able to request new IP addresses.

Existing workloads are not affected.

Update: The issue was identified and fixed.

S3 storage Partial Outage of S3 service

On March 8th at 7:30 we were made aware of a partial unavailability in retrieving objects from our S3-compatible object storage. This issue was fixed at 11:45 on March 8th.

Root Cause for this incident was a configuration change on the Loadbalancers in front of the S3 storage that caused an error due to an undocumented size limitation of the request headers.

Your workloads will not be affected by this maintenance, however, you might be experiencing a temporary unavailability while using the API and/or our panels, as well as Server recoveries and automated Snapshots/Backups will be belated processed, during that time frame. This maintenance is expected to last until 2 hours on 04.03.2021.

Resolution: We had a physical broken link and our routing (BGP) need some minutes to recover everything. All links are back online and full functional now.

Update: After re-routing all services are back online.

Currently we are investigating some upstream problems with one of our Carriers
