Post Mortem was send to Customers.
Short Summary:
A software bug led to incorrect lock states. These prevented the correct execution of actions such as starting or stopping servers and resulted in incorrectly displayed object statuses in the panel and API. Contrary to initial assumptions, the bug did not only affect FRA1, but individual machines regardless of location
We are still collect and analyze datapoints and logs. We will prepare and publish the post mortem soon.
We located the issue and restored the Service. Everything is working again. More Details will be posted soon.
Workload is completely recovered.
