Resolved

A configuration change deployed on 2026-05-07 at 14:20 CEST caused some virtual machines to experience reduced CPU performance, visible inside the guest as elevated steal time. There was no impact on VM availability.
Customer reports prompted investigation on 2026-05-08 from 08:06 CEST. A hotfix was deployed at 11:45 CEST and the majority of VMs returned to expected performance shortly after.
