We are currently investigating an issue affecting server shutdown operations.In some cases, a shutdown initiated via the Panel or API is successfully processed by the operating system, but the server remains displayed as active in the Panel.
Workaround:
If CPU usage and Storage IOPS have dropped and indicate that the operating system has already shut down, please do not send another ACPI shutdown request. Instead, use Power Off to correctly update the server’s power state.Our team has identified the cause and is working on a permanent solution.We will provide further updates as soon as they are available.
